Directors Dealings

Zambeef, the fully integrated African agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, has today been notified by Mr Yusuf Koya, Executive Director of the Company, that on 27 June 2011he purchased 20,382 ordinary shares of ZMK1each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the AIM market at a price of 48.5p per Ordinary Share, representing approximately 0.01per cent. of the Company's entire issued ordinary share capital.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Koya is now beneficially interested in 42,762 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
