Directors Dealings
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, was informed on 16th December 2015 that Mark Taylor, Chairman of the Company, through his family trust, purchased 5,500,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1.631p per share on 16th December 2015.
Following the transaction, Mark Taylor beneficially owns 10,526,961 ordinary shares through his family trust, representing 5.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
