RAM Investment Group PLC11 April 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 11 April 2006 RAM INVESTMENT GROUP PLC ("Ram" or the "Company") DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS The Company were informed today that Nick Lebetkin and Laurence Selman,Directors, have today made the following purchases of ordinary shares of 1p each(the "Shares"): Nick Lebetkin - 25,000 Shares at 27.5p per Share; Laurence Selman - 10,000 Shares at 32p per Share; and- 15,000 Shares at 33 p per Share. Subsequent to these purchases, Nick Lebetkin holds a total of 1,531,000 Shares,representing 26.96% of the issued share capital, and Laurence Selman also holdsa total of 1,531,000 Shares, representing 26.96% of the issued share capital.
