Directors' Dealings

NEOS was notified on 15 April 2013 that on that day, two directors had transacted in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

·; Nicholas Myerson, through his personal holding and operating company Beneficium Sarl, has purchased 210,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.695p per Ordinary Share. This represents Mr. Myerson's entire interest in the Ordinary Shares and is equivalent to 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital

·; Ravi Jose has purchased 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 0.697p per Ordinary Share. This represents Mr. Jose's entire interest in the Ordinary Shares and is equivalent to 0.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
