Equatorial Palm Oil plc, (AIM: PAL), the AIM listed palm oil development company with operations in Liberia, received notification on 25 November 2011 that Geoffrey Brown, Executive Plantations Director of the Company, has purchased 31,171 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.45 pence each (the "Share Purchase"). The Share Purchase was made on 25 November 2011.
Following the Share Purchase, Mr Brown is now beneficially interested in 522,957 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.42 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
