Director's Dealings Notification

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified today that Mr. B.T.R. Scruby, a Non-Executive Director of Centaur Media Plc, had that day purchased 300,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP 0.21 per share. 

As a result of this transaction Mr B.T.R. Scruby is now interested in 732,313 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 0.52% of the issued share capital.
