Directors' dealings

Following the sale of Palmer Capital Associates through which James Corsellis (Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company) and Mark Watts (Non-Executive Director of the Company)held an interest in the Company,the Company has been informed that the holdings of each director has been reduced as follows:

·; On 21 January 2013, 58,537 common shares in the Company were sold at an average price of 173.0 pence each.

·; On 11 January 2013, 15,165 common shares in the Company were sold at an average price of 177.0 pence each.

Following these disposals, Mr Corsellis does not directly own any common shares in the Company and Mr Watts continues to own 1,000 common shares in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.Marwyn Value Investors L.P., in which Mr Corsellis and Mr Watts are interested parties, holds 75,424,894common shares in the company representing 27.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
