The Company announces that:

On 26 June 2014 it received notification that, on 26 June 2014 Mr Stephan Wilcke, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 165.2 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr Wilcke is interested in 3,825,711 ordinary shares, representing 1.57 per cent of the ordinary shares in issue.
