Synety was notified on 16th October that on 16th October 2013 Paul Williams, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 11,240 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 133.45 pence per Ordinary Share for the benefit of his SIPP.

Following this purchase, Paul Williams now holds 18,822 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the Group's total voting rights.

Synety was also notified that on 16th October 2013 Jason Kendal, a Director and Chief Technical Officer of Synety Limited, purchased 36,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 145 pence per Ordinary Share for the benefit of his SIPP.

Following this purchase, Jason Kendall now holds 449,486 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.26% of the Group's total voting rights.
