Directors' Dealings

The Company was informed on 7 January 2011 that on that date, the following transactions took place:

MXC Capital, representing the interests of Ian Smith and Tony Weaver, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer respectively, acquired 1,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.4 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, MXC Capital now holds 401.75 million Ordinary Shares, which represents 15.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Richard Ramsay, Non-Executive Director, acquired 3,481,200 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.42 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Richard holds 3,481,200 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
