Directors' Dealings
AssetCo plc (the "Company") announces that following the placing (the "Placing") of 17,333,334 new ordinary shares, which were admitted to AIM earlier today, the company's issued share capital has increased from 73,379,406 to 90,712,740 ordinary shares (the "Enlarged Issued Share Capital").
The Company was notified today by Raymond Francis Flynn, AssetCo’s Chief Finance Officer, that on the 31st July 2009 he subscribed in the Placing for 222,222 ordinary shares of 25p at a price of 45p per share. Prior to this transaction Mr Flynn’s total beneficial holding in the Company was 7,225,000 shares, representing 9.85% of the total issued shares. Following this transaction Mr Flynn’s total beneficial holding in the Company is 7,447,222 ordinary shares representing 8.21% of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital.
John Shannon, AssetCo’s Chief Executive Officer, also notified the Company today that on the 31st July 2009 he subscribed in the Placing for 777,777 ordinary shares of 25p at a price of 45p per share. Prior to this transaction Mr Shannon’s total beneficial holding in the Company was 26,963,327 representing 36.74% of the total issued shares. Following this transaction Mr Shannon’s total beneficial holding in the Company is 27,741,104 ordinary shares representing 30.58% of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital.
