DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

The Company was notified on 21 December 2010 that, on the same day, Lady Judge, non-executive director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Shares") at 100p per share. Following this purchase, Lady Judge has a resultant interest in 65,348 Shares, representing approximately 0.15 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
