DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") has been notified that on 20 May 2009, Christopher Sneath, a director of the Company, has been allotted 245 shares in the Company at a price of 174.40 pence per share under the Company's Scrip Dividend arrangements. 

Following this transaction, Mr Sneath's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 10,507 representing 0.003% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
