Directors Dealings
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, was today informed that Peter Holdsworth, a director of the Company, purchased 147,058 ordinary shares at £0.0204 each for a total consideration of £3000.00
Following the transaction, Peter Holdsworth owns 16,088,050 ordinary shares, representing 8.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
