Halifax EES Trustees International Limited, the Trustee of the St. ModwenProperties PLC Employee Share Trust, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in theCompany at 600p per share. This represents 0.04% of the issued share capital ofthe Company. Following this transaction, the Trustee's total shareholding now amounts to161,447 shares, representing 0.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
