Directors' dealings

The Company announces that it has received notification today that on 15 February 2011 Mr. Anthony Everett, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr. Everett is interested in 39,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.062 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
