Directors' Dealings

Cambria announces that it has been informed that on 26 July 2012 Ian Perkins, a director of the Company, acquired 65,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 12.4 pence per Share. Following this transaction Mr. Perkins holds 265,000 Shares representing approximately 0.46 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has further been informed that on 26 July 2012 Paul Heber, a director of the Company, acquired 50,000 Shares at a price of 12.4 pence per Share. Following this transaction Mr. Heber holds 350,000 Shares representing approximately 0.60 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
