On 28 May 2015 the Company was informed that, on 27 May 2015, Mr. Nicholas Crabb acquired 1,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £3.90 per Share.

Following the transaction, Mr Crabb now holds 3,964 Shares, representing 0.036% of the Company's issued share capital.
