Synergy Healthcare PLC06 June 2006 For Immediate Release 6 June 2006 SYNERGY HEALTHCARE PLC ("Synergy" or the "Company") Directors' Share Purchases The Company announces that it has been been informed that the following sharepurchases took place today. Richard M Steeves, Chief Executive, has purchased 27,000 ordinary shares at 471pence per share. Following this purchase he now holds 2,022,000 shares,representing 5.47 % of the issued share capital of the Company. Ivan M Jacques, Group Finance Director, has purchased 2,000 ordinary shares at471 pence per share. Following this purchase he now holds 12,000 shares,representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company. These share purchases form part of the Long Term Incentive Plan which wasapproved at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 28 June 2005.
