Netplay TV PLC31 December 2007 31 December 2007 NetPlay TV plc ("NetPlay" or the "Company") Director Dealings NetPlay TV plc announces that it has been notified of the following directors'interests: Number of shares Number of sharesName purchased now held M Capital Investments (Jersey) Limited 988,500 988,500Hindley Investments Limited 3,000,000 13,271,000 These transactions occurred as part of the placing of 6,912,000 shares at 16.50pper share announced by the Company on 28 December. Mr Martin Higginson, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive, through HindleyInvestments Limited has an interest in the above 13,271,000 ordinary shares inthe Company. In addition, he has a direct interest in 2,775,000 shares. M Capital Investments (Jersey) Limited is an investment company in which theHigginson family have an interest. Mr Higginson's total interest therefore represents 22.4 per cent. of theCompany's total issued share capital. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited, a company of which Mr Andrew Lapping (NonExecutive Director) is the Managing Director, is interested in 675,000 ordinaryshares. Hindley Investments Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companiesof which Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 13,271,000 and 300,000ordinary shares in the Company respectively.
