The Company received notification on 1 April 2009 that, on Wednesday 1 April 2009, David Jones, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 pence per share.
The Company received notification on 1 April 2009 that, on Wednesday 1 April 2009, Chris Cheetham, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased 31,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 pence per share.
