Two Shields Investments Plc, the AIM-quoted investing company, has today been informed that Sandy Barblett, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 0.3485p per share. Following completion of the share purchase, Sandy Barblett holds 0.23 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
