Directors' Dealings
Sumo Group announces that Carl Cavers, Chief Executive Officer, and Paul Porter, Chief Operating Officer, have each sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and that David Wilton, Chief Financial Officer has purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares.
These sales and purchase took place on 22 January 2020. The sales took place at a price of 195 pence per Ordinary Share and the purchase took place at a price of 199.8731 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Carl Cavers' interest in Ordinary Shares is 4,650,116 representing 3.09 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital, Paul Porter's interest in Ordinary Shares is 4,503,724 representing 2.99 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital and David Wilton's interest in Ordinary Shares is 335,709 representing 0.22 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
