Directors' Dealings 

The Board of Adalta was today informed that James Hill today purchased in the market 140,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 3.5 p per ordinary share. Accordingly Mr Hill owns 140,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.67% of the Company's issued share capital.
