Directors Dealings
The Company was notified on 1 September 2009 that Frank Scolaro, Chairman of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares on 28 August 2009 at a price of 17 pence. Frank Scolaro holds an aggregate of 70,600,000 shares resulting in a holding of 36.6%. Frank Scolaro is the sole shareholder of Grandinex International Corp whom hold 70,000,000 shares from the aggregate total of 70,600,000 as notified above.
The total number of voting rights of the Company are 192,670,000 ordinary shares.
