Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that Jeremy Helliwell, Group Operations Director of the Share Centre Limited, has disposed of 31,263 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.02% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 31 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this deal, Jeremy Helliwell holds 1,912,934 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 1.19% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
