Plus500, a leading online service provider for retail customers to trade CFDs internationally, announces that it received a notification today that Mr. Charles Fairbairn, a non-executive director of the Group, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of NIS 0.01 per share of Plus500, at a price of 148p per share on Thursday 17 October 2013.
As a result of this transaction Mr. Charles Fairbairn holds 115,217 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights in the Group, which represent approximately 0.1% of Plus500's issued share capital.
