Director's Dealings 

The Company announces that on 20 May 2008, 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company were acquired by Mr Richard Johnson at $0.65 per share. Following the acquisition, Mr Johnson holds 55,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing a holding of 0.014% of the Company's issued share capital.
