Further to today's announcement, which set out the results of the Tender Offer, the Company announces that certain Directors have participated in the Tender Offer.

Directors Dealings

The following Directors have participated in the Tender Offer:

·; Nigel Phillip Cooper has tendered 384,910 Shares and now holds 2,934,882 Shares representing 10.45% of the issued share capital;

·; Susan Ann Hocken has tendered 134,283 Shares and now holds 2,551,384 Shares representing 9.08% of the issued share capital;

·; David Christopher Lebond has tendered, or procured the tender of 433,216 Shares and now holds 3,369,641 Shares representing 11.99% of the issued share capital;

·; Colin Thomas Lloyd has tendered, or procured the tender of 124,216 Shares and now holds 1,117,947 Shares representing 3.98% of the issued share capital; and

·; John Murray Sylvester has tendered 331,326 Shares and now holds 6,295,326 Shares representing 22.41% of the issued share capital.

Total Voting Rights

As a consequence of the Tender Offer, the total voting rights in the Company is now 27,102,232 and this figure may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency rules.
