Directors' Dealings and Total Voting Rights
eg solutions plc (AIM: EGS), the back office optimisation software company, announces that following completion today of the placing and conversion of loan facility announced on 17 December 2014 ("Placing"), the interests of the directors of the Company have changed as follows, in line with those detailed in the circular:

# on 19 December 2014, after the Circular had been published, the Company announced that Duncan McIntyre had acquired 127,389 Ordinary Shares at a price of 65p per share; this shareholding is included in the "Number of Ordinary Shares now held" column.
* being the holding of Aspect Software (UK) Ltd, of which Spencer Mallder is the appointed representative. Spencer Mallder is not the legal or beneficial holder of these Ordinary Shares.
Furthermore, as announced on 17 December 2014, the following options have today been granted to directors under the terms of the Company's Matching Scheme:

Total voting rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of eg solutions plc ordinary shares of 1p each in issue as at the date of this notice is 22,570,087, with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in eg solutions plc is therefore 22,570,087.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, eg solutions plc, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
