Directors' Dealings and Exercise of Options

The Company has been informed that various members of the Board have exercised their management share options, as follows:

The Company was informed on 21st January 2011 that, on 21st January 2011 Mr. Thomas Li, LED's Executive Chairman exercised share options over 2,500,000 ordinary shares of HKD 0.1 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), and Mr. Stephen Chan, LED's Chief Executive Officer, exercised share options over 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares (together, the "Option Shares"). These options were awarded on 13th January 2011 and have an exercise price of 1.6313 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr. Li retains options over 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares and Mr. Chan does not retain any options over any other Ordinary Shares.

Application has been made for admission of the 7,500,000 Option Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 28 January 2011. The Options Shares will represent 2.12 per cent. of the enlarged share capital of LED on Admission. Following Admission, Mr. Li and Mr. Chan will be interested in 104,465,985 Ordinary Shares and 18,220,000 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 29.53 per cent. and 5.15 per cent. respectively of the enlarged share capital of the Company.

Following the issue of the Options Shares the enlarged issued share capital LED will consist of 353,738,267 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
