For immediate release 4 April 2008 PNC TELECOM PLC (`PNC' or the `Company') Director's Dealings

The Company was informed that Leo Knifton, Chairman, purchased a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares at 0.25 p per share in the Company, as follows:

- 500,000 ordinary shares on 3 April 2008, and

- 500,000 ordinary shares on 4 April 2008.

Following these purchases Mr. Knifton now holds 1,000,000 shares, representing a holding of 0.15% of the then issued share capital of the Company.
