DIRECTORS' DEALINGS
Amara Mining plc, the dual AIM and TSX-listed West African focused gold mining company, announces that Peter Hain, Non-Executive Director, has acquired ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mr Hain acquired 29,010 Ordinary Shares at 18.80 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Hain and persons connected to him are interested in 82,372 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
