Directors' DEALINGS
Cluff Gold plc ("Cluff Gold" or the "Company"), the dual AIM/TSX listed West African-focused gold mining company, was notified that on 22 December 2010 Peter Gardner, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 104.65 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Mr Gardner is beneficially interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Cluff Gold is a gold developer-producer with assets in West Africa. The Company generates cash flow from its two producing assets, Kalsaka in Burkina Faso and Angovia in Côte d'Ivoire, which together produce a total of 100,000oz of gold per annum.
