Directors' Dealings
IndigoVision Group plc (the "Company") announces the following share purchases by Directors of the Company. Earlier today, 22 September 2017, George Elliott, Chairman of IndigoVision, purchased 13,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.01 per Ordinary Share. In addition, Chris Lea, Chief Financial Officer, today purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.03 per Ordinary Share (together, the "Share Purchases").
Following the Share Purchases, George Elliott is holding a total of 13,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company and Chris Lea is holding a total of 29,078 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.39 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
