On 30 April 2012 the Company was notified that, in order to satisfy institutional demand, the wife of Robert Brady sold 413,333 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 85 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Robert Brady has voting interests in 6,845,395 ordinary shares representing 8.52 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
