Jubilee Platinum today announces that Colin Bird, a Director and Chief Executive officer of the Company has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of ZAR8.41 per share. The total value of this transaction amounted to SA Rands 420,500.
Following this purchase, Mr Bird has an interest in 3,660,048 Ordinary 1p shares in the Company representing 3.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
