The Company received notice on 25 March 2011 that, on the same day, Andrew Shepherd, an Executive Director of the Company, sold 26,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £10.945 per Ordinary Share.

Also on 25 March 2011, Andrew Shepherd bought 3,000 Ordinary Shares from his personal shareholding into a Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP") at a price of £11.40 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above sale and purchase of Ordinary Shares, Andrew Shepherd's beneficial interest in the company is 41,262 Ordinary Shares representing 0.39% of the Company's issued share capital.
