Director's Dealings

The Company was informed today that Steve Horton, Director, on 25 March 2011 purchased 1 million ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company at a price of 2.95pence per share. This purchase takes Mr Horton's total holding to 1 million ordinary shares, representing 0.11% of the total issued share capital.

 Mr Horton also holds 5 million options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 5 pence that expire on 31 January 2014.
