Directors' Dealings

The Company has been informed that David Lenigas, Chairman and Neil Ritson, Chief Executive Officer, have today subscribed for 10,000,000 and 5,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company, respectively at a price of 0.5 pence per share. The Company has thus raised a total of £1,585,000 today comprising a placing of £1,510,000 announced by the Company earlier and the subscription by the Directors amounting to £75,000.

The subscriptions take David Lenigas's total shareholding in LGO to 149,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 11.87% of the Company's total issued share capital, and Neil Ritson's total shareholding in LGO to 17,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.39% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Mr Lenigas also holds 8 million options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 3 pence that expire on 16 March 2012. Mr Ritson also holds 25 million options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company that expire on 18 November 2013 at the following exercise prices:

Application will be made for the 15,000,000 ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in the ordinary shares on AIM are expected to commence on 6 December 2011.

Following the issue of these 15,000,000 ordinary shares and the 302,000,000 ordinary shares issued pursuant to the placing announced earlier the Company will have 1,259,454,965 ordinary shares in issue.
