Directors' Dealings
On 12 May 2009, the Company received notification from Groverton Management Limited ("Groverton Management"), a company which is wholly owned by Noam Lanir, Chief Executive Officer of Livermore, that It has provided to its bankers in Switzerland a schedule of publicly quoted assets which may be used as collateral against loans granted to Groverton Management. This schedule includes 154,412,173 shares in the Company, representing 52.92 per cent. of the voting share capital.
The value of these assets is significantly in excess of the amount of the loan facility.
Also on 12 May 2009, the Company received notification from RB Investments GMBH, a company which is wholly owned by Ron Baron, Chief Investment Officer of Livermore, that it has provided to its bankers in Switzerland a schedule of publicly quoted assets which may be used as collateral against loans granted to RB Investments GMBH. This schedule includes up to 13,915,419 shares in the Company, representing 4.77 per cent. of the voting share capital.
The value of these assets is significantly in excess of the amount of the loan facility.
