Ilika plc (AIM: IKA), the advanced cleantech materials discovery company, announces that Jack Boyer, Chairman of the Company, on Friday 27th April, transferred 90,909 ordinary shares of his existing shareholding in the Company into his personal pension account for no consideration.

There is no change in the beneficial ownership of these ordinary shares, and Mr Boyer's holding in ordinary shares in the Company, as defined by the AIM Rules, remains unchanged as a result of the transfer at 364,009 ordinary shares, representing 0.80 per cent of the Company's share capital.
