Director's Dealings

Hygea VCT plc announces that on 17 November 2008, AXA Self-Invested Pension Plan, on behalf of Mr John Hustler, a director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a cost of 33 pence per share. Mr Hustler is now interested in 60,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.77% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
