TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a natural life sciences company, announces that, it was notified today that, on 4 April 2014, Mr Barry Riley, a non-executive director of TyraTech, sold 124,000 Common shares of US$0.001 per share (AIM: TYR) ("TyraTech shares"); it was also notified today that his wife, Mrs Brenda Riley also sold 124,000 TyraTech shares all at a price of 11.50 pence per TyraTech share at the same time. These Common shares were immediately repurchased at 11.52 pence per TyraTech share into their respective ISA accounts.

Also, the Company was informed today that on 7 April, 2014, Mr Barry Riley, sold 104,500 TyraTech shares; also his wife, Mrs Brenda Riley sold 104,500 TyraTech shares all at a price of 11.50 pence per TyraTech share. These shares were immediately repurchased at 11.52 pence per TyraTech share into their respective ISA accounts.

Following these transactions, Barry Riley's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged, being 3,055,556 TyraTech shares representing approximately 1.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
