DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Aminex PLC, the oil and gas company listed in London and Dublin ("Aminex" or the "Company"), has been notified that following the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares of the Company on 1 October 2008 at a price of 12.5 pence per share, Brian Hall, Executive Chairman, is now interested in 3,450,096 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 1.42 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
