DIRECTOR’S DEALINGS
Aminex PLC ("Aminex" or the "Company"), the oil and gas company listed in London and Dublin,was notified on 13 October 2008 that, following the purchase of 470,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company on 9 October 2008 at a price of 11 pence per share, Derek Tughan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is now beneficially interested in 2,552,881 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 1.05 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital. The shares were purchased through nominee holdings.
