Director's Dealings
Plus500, a leading online service provider for retail customers to trade CFDs internationally, announces that it received a notification today that Mr. Charles Fairbairn, a non-executive director of the Group, transferred 25,000 Ordinary Shares of NIS 0.01 per share of Plus500 from Forest Nominees into his SIPP.
In addition, Charles' wife, Sue Fairbain, transferred 25,000 Ordinary Shares of NIS 0.01 per share from Forest Nominees to Charles Fairbairn's SIPP.
Both transfers took place at a price of 461.6p.
As a result of this transaction Mr. Charles Fairbairn holding remains unchanged at 165,217 Ordinary Shares which represent approximately 0.1% of Plus500's issued share capital.
