Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L) was notified that on September 7th, 2015, Jonathan Keeling, Executive Deputy Chairman, transferred 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") into his SIPP, of which he is the sole beneficiary, at a price of 46 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Jonathan Keeling retains an unchanged beneficial interest in 2,059,334 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.21 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
