Director's Dealing

Powerflute Oyj ("Powerflute" or the "Company"), was notified on 6 October 2014 of the following sales of shares in the Company by Dermot S Smurfit, Non-Executive Director: On 1 October 2014, 100,000 at a price of 46 pence per share; on 2 October 2014 50,000 shares at a price of 46 pence per share; on 2 October 2014 200,000 shares at a price of 45 pence per share; and on 3 October 2014 1,150,000 shares at a price of 45 pence per share.

Following the dealings, Dermot S Smurfit holds 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.7 per cent. of the present issued share capital of the Company and, as a result, the Company now has irrevocable undertakings to vote in favour of the Resolution in respect of the acquisition of Corenso which in aggregate represent 45.7 per cent. of Powerflute's issued share capital.
