Action Hotels, the leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia announces that is has been notified that Alain Debare, Chief Executive Officer of Action Hotels, has acquired 176,438 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 44.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 31 May 2017.
Following the transaction Alain Debare is interested in 430,374 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.29 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
